
紧(jin)缩空(kong)气耗量重(zhong)要(yao)取(qu)决(jue)于(yu)喷(pen)(pen)吹(chui)(chui)压(ya)(ya)(ya)力、喷(pen)(pen)吹(chui)(chui)周期、喷(pen)(pen)吹(chui)(chui)时(shi)辰(chen)(chen)(chen)、脉(mai)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)阀(fa)方法(fa)和口径以及滤(lv)袋数(shu)(shu)(shu)等要(yao)素(su)。为(wei)(wei)QMF—100型脉(mai)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)阀(fa)在过滤(lv)风(feng)速必定(ding)而喷(pen)(pen)吹(chui)(chui)压(ya)(ya)(ya)力不一(yi)起, 喷(pen)(pen)吹(chui)(chui)时(shi)辰(chen)(chen)(chen)与耗气量的(de)关(guan)系(xi)。除(chu)尘器的(de)总(zong)耗气量Q可按(an)下式核算: Q=a•n•q/T式中:Q—每除(chu)尘器耗气量,m3/min;a—附加(jia)系(xi)数(shu)(shu)(shu)(包含管道漏气)取(qu)1.2;n—脉(mai)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)阀(fa)数(shu)(shu)(shu)目,个;q—每个脉(mai)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)阀(fa)喷(pen)(pen)吹(chui)(chui)一(yi)次耗气量m3;一(yi)般喷(pen)(pen)吹(chui)(chui)时(shi)辰(chen)(chen)(chen)0.15s;T—脉(mai)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)周期,min。如关(guan)于(yu)QMF—100型脉(mai)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)阀(fa),当喷(pen)(pen)吹(chui)(chui)压(ya)(ya)(ya)力为(wei)(wei)0.5MPa—0.7MPa,喷(pen)(pen)吹(chui)(chui)时(shi)辰(chen)(chen)(chen)为(wei)(wei)0.1s—0.2s时(shi),每个脉(mai)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)阀(fa)喷(pen)(pen)吹(chui)(chui)一(yi)次的(de)耗气量为(wei)(wei)0.01m3—0.034m3;当喷(pen)(pen)吹(chui)(chui)压(ya)(ya)(ya)力为(wei)(wei)0.4MPa—0.57MPa,喷(pen)(pen)吹(chui)(chui)时(shi)辰(chen)(chen)(chen)为(wei)(wei)0.2s—0.3s时(shi),每个脉(mai)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)阀(fa)喷(pen)(pen)吹(chui)(chui)一(yi)次的(de)耗气量为(wei)(wei)0.025m3—0.036m3。

脉冲除尘器的电磁脉冲阀:膜片把电磁脉冲阀分成前、后二个气室,工业除尘器当接通压缩空气时,压缩空气通过节流孔进入后气室,此时后气室压力将膜片紧贴阀的输出口,电磁脉冲阀处于“关闭”状态。脉冲喷吹控制仪的电信号使电磁脉冲阀衔铁移动,工业除尘器阀(fa)后(hou)(hou)气(qi)(qi)室(shi)放(fang)气(qi)(qi)孔(kong)打(da)开(kai)(kai),后(hou)(hou)气(qi)(qi)室(shi)迅(xun)速(su)失压,膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)后(hou)(hou)移,压缩空气(qi)(qi)通(tong)过阀(fa)输(shu)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)喷吹,电(dian)(dian)磁(ci)脉(mai)冲(chong)(chong)阀(fa)处于“开(kai)(kai)启(qi)”状态(tai)。脉(mai)冲(chong)(chong)喷吹控制仪的(de)电(dian)(dian)信号消失,电(dian)(dian)磁(ci)脉(mai)冲(chong)(chong)阀(fa)衔(xian)铁复位,后(hou)(hou)气(qi)(qi)室(shi)放(fang)气(qi)(qi)孔(kong)关闭(bi),后(hou)(hou)气(qi)(qi)室(shi)压力升(sheng)高(gao)使膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)紧贴阀(fa)的(de)输(shu)出(chu)口(kou)(kou),电(dian)(dian)磁(ci)脉(mai)冲(chong)(chong)阀(fa)又处于“关闭(bi)”状态(tai)。

滤袋腐蚀是因烟气中的有害成分引起滤料的化学反应,工业除尘器构成滤料的机械性能下降而破损失效。滤袋的腐蚀多出现在烟气成分超标工况,可分为气体腐蚀和液体腐蚀,工业除尘器有害气体成(cheng)分(fen)在存在液体的情况(kuang)下,更易(yi)于构成(cheng)滤袋的危(wei)害。

脉冲除尘设备进出风方法、进风管道各部位的烟气流速选择是不是稳当;除尘设备各仓室进风的均匀度;导流体系规划是不是合理;工业除尘器进风口间隔滤袋底部的水平高度导致的含尘气体稳流空间是不是满足;滤袋直径和滤袋距离抉择的滤袋间烟气抬升速度的合理性;工业除尘器出口(kou)管道风速的(de)(de)合理选(xuan)定等(deng)都将(jiang)影响(xiang)除尘器的(de)(de)固有(you)阻力值。
